I'm a bloody jinx!

Sorry everyone. I was at the match yesterday. First one since Birmingham in October. That day was bloody awful and this one was only slightly better. Before that I'd seen a couple of defeats and a 0-0 draw. I don't think I've seen a goal live since I gave up my season ticket and moved to Spain - about 8 years!

I was hoping for so much more after all I'd read and seen.

I thought the manager had it spot on - the sheer amount of unforced errors was amazing.

Here's my take on a few individuals for what it's worth.

Lumley: from where I was sitting it didn't look that bad. I'll have to see the highlights to see if what everyone is saying is true. But I don't rate him at all as a keeper - I was at the Birmingham match remember!

Dael Fry: It was telling that Hull were happy for him to have the ball. Disappointing. I thought Bamba was much better when came on.

McNair: didn't really do anything to suggest he's an international player. Not surprised the manager called him out.

Dijksteel: Impressed. Best by far on the day. Good defending. Good going forward.

Tavenier: Quite impressed apart from a couple of mis-controls and a ridiculous dive.

McGree: Obviously talented but has anyone ever given the ball away so much?

Balogun: Very disappointing. Don't know what else to say. Did very little in my eyes.

Connoly: Worked hard at least. Not as bad as some would have you believe. Got a lot of criticism on the phone in and to me at least, on yesterday's performance a bit harsh.

When he made the subs it improved a lot and I thought we'd go on to win. But then they scored out of the blue and that was that. Impetus lost. Shame.

I'll think very carefully about coming again!

haha that`s some run that like....8 years

You need to keep going and then 1 day you will be able to do this......1min 41sec if link doesn`t work

I forgot Crooks. Did absolutely nothing at all. Should have been subbed earlier. Same as in the Birmingham match. He's better than this surely?

Bola was OK. Howson not the influence everyone says he is - again same as last time!

By the way, what a crying shame what's happened to the North Stand. I had my season ticket from when the stadium opened until 2014 in Block 21. Unrecognisable now. Dead. South Stand good though. Well done RF.

I've seen the highlights now. Not good for Lumley. It was one if those that you'd forgive with a normally reliable keeper. Unfortunately he isn't.

I think my comments about Balogun and Connolly were backed up. At least Connolly was in a lot if the highlights! I do understand that his goal record is shocking so he deserves some criticism but I thought it was a bit OTT about yesterday in isolation.

Please can you go to every Eibar and Valladolid match for the rest of the season.

This was my third game this season. Like you, i was at Birmingham and it was dreadful, my next match was Derby and i couldn't believe the difference in the way the team played. Yesterday was just dreadful, i expected so much more. In two out of the 3 matches, Lumley has cost us points

I'd like to thank the posters on this thread I was begining to think I was the only Jonah after watching my first 2 games in 2 years I thought that we were very unlucky against Fulham, the Hull was very poor, there was a lack of leadership and it was obvious from early in the game the setup was all wrong, 3 more home games to see(still got my fingers crossed for the play offs) .Season ticket renewed..ever hopeful

I want on Saturday for the first time since the 1-0 home defeat to Luton 2 years ago. That day we didn't have a single shot on target and they scored with their only effort on target. Thought I would go on Saturday see what has changed. Not much on that showing. Probably another 2 years till I go again.

I went about 5 seasons under Karanka and Mowbray without seeing a win. Although they drew a few.

Only watched 2 games under Woodgate and one was a 0-0 draw the other a defeat.

So far this season I’ve done

Peterborough H
Derby H
Spurs H
Chelsea H
Peterborough A

So 4/5 ain’t bad.

Even if I was with the posh fans for both games against them.

Anyway just bought a ticket for Huddersfield.

Fairly certain it won’t be my fault if we lose.
