If you think the last couple of days have been controversial - brushing your teeth?

I have combined the brushing of teeth with the first and last **** of the day. Don't know why more people don't do this. I've figured out that if I live until 70 I will have saved 46 days that would have been spent brushing my teeth if done separately. That's over a month.

Damn! That's pretty high level multi-tasking.

Up, pee, shower, shave - still naked, pants on, brush teeth, get dressed, breakfast.
clean teeth again about 5.00pm, then before bed. 60yo never even had a filling, go to the dentist twice a year and all he does is count ‘em.

Yeah but if you'd combined a few of those - brush teeth while pee, trousers on while eating breakfast, shave in the shower, you would have saved so much time you'd effectively only be fifty.

Always always after for the very simple reason to get rid of the remnants of food that otherwise will be stuck in your teeth all day creating damage until before you go to bed ( I am married to a dentist!)
But that doesn't match most of the research on the subject

Brush soon as i get up, and just before bed with chewy in between most of the day to stop myself having food breath.
