Not really my cuppa although I did like them in the early days with Gabriel.

Genesis have become the latest band to launch a new livestream series on YouTube. Every Saturday from April 18, the band will stream a past live gig in full, beginning with their Three Sides Live film from 1981. Here's the schedule:

Saturday, April 18 - Three Sides Live (1981)

Saturday, April 25 - The Mama Tour (1984)

Saturday, May 2 - Live At Wembley Stadium (1987)

Saturday, May 9 - The Way We Walk (1992)

Saturday, May 16 - When In Rome (2007)

Go online and watch on the band's official YouTube channel.

Thanks for that - early Genesis fine by me
We’ve got Frank Turner doing a live gig this week and Tallest Man On Earth doing a requests show.
Must admit, I’m loving the YouTube live stuff from people’s living rooms

You can ask Rutherford and Banks how they felt when that bunch of up and coming northeners beat their school in the Amateur cup final

I've mentioned it before, and I'm sure I'll mention it again, but if you like Gabriel era Genesis, next February Canadian obsessives The Musical Box are bringing their adaptation of "The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway" to the Tyne Theatre. They're worth seeing, even if they don't resemble young Genesis in anything but sound.
