If the atmosphere doesn't change at the riverside we will never get out of this league, Fact!

It is horrendous and only getting worse, Its like a morgue, Night and day from our away games.

Not sure what the answer is but i sit there embarrassed so it must effect the players.

If you don't agree you are kidding yourself it is terrible, The milwall game was the worst ive seen even when we attacked there was nothing.

Conway even made a gesture to the crowd at one point by cupping his ears. I'm not looking for bites and have been a member of this group for a long time and have just just changed my password.

Having a good team is slightly more important.

Unless you think opposition players cower in fear when playing at cauldron's such as Bournemouth and Fulham's stadiums.

Did you forget your old one immediately after joining nearly 4 years ago?

We have a very good team and excellent manager for this league the football we play is excellent but the riverside is flat and it is effecting the team.

Carrick mentions the away support which is tremendous and you can see it lifts the players. Its the opposite at the riverside and i have been a regular since day 1 and hignets goal.

I used to post regular on here and havent for years but wanted to come on and mention the atmosphere in hope something could change

It doesn't help when we score and the crowd start singing the Latte Lath song the bloke on the tannoy starts shouting over them the name of the scorer. Mark Page was a nightmare for doing this.

I’m not sure the atmosphere makes such a big difference to how successful a team is. Old Trafford was infamous as being lacking in atmosphere, so much so there captain complained about it with his infamous prawn sandwich rant. And they won f***ing everything.
Though I do agree we should be looking for ways to improve it. I tend to think the old classic songs, though not the most original generate the best atmosphere.

Everyone knows it and yes i did because it is a fact and it pains me to admit it.

I started watching the boro at ayresome park and it was electric no matter the result.

When things are going well at man utd the place is electric but they are struggling.

we are going well and the atmposhere is non existent??

The same can be said of home fans at away games. At Oxford, their fans were so quietly flat, it was like being at a rugby union game, and you can’t blame a three sided ground for that.
