Yeah it's Turkey but he was a 1 in 3 for Boro aswell. People are saying we need to play the ball into the channels for Sporar, exactly what Britt needed ....pity we played Britt upfront on his own for most of his career with us !

Strikers of that quality are very hard to find.

I believe he's been used on the left of a front three and a few of those appearances are from the bench....as for Coburn, Hartlepool is the last place he should be going...Probably scored 5 in his first game

Good luck to Britt, 1 in 3 whilst he was here and didn`t really want to be, fair play but you can`t force a player to stay if he doesn`t want to.
There`s alot of things that forces you to shake your head in disbelief.....Coburn going to Hartlepool would probably have me doing just that.......he`d get a sack full like, but i`m not sure stepping down 2 divisions is the answer

I see Raheem Sterling has been nominated for Sports personality of the year for his 8 goals and 7 assists in England's Euro 2020 qualifying campaign and scoring the first 3 England goals in the competition itself....He racked up a staggering 25 goals and 18 assists last season. Remind me what you said again about England having better attacking options and not having him in the squad

If Britt didnt cost 15 million (which is nothing to do with the player) he would have been considered decent player for us
Another player who was completely wasted at this club, things would have been so much different if he hadnt spent so much time in a poor squad under poor managers

Yep completely agree JM, a lot of posters have their £15M blinkers on.
45 goals in 152 apps is a decent return. Especially as most of that time he was played as a lone striker....
