If with a minute to go in normal time, our playoff berth is secure, I can see Forest telling Spence to get sent off so it doesn't happen.

To be fair, I think it would be unfair to play the kid in the play offs, and I don't think we'd even consider it.

It is all tongue in cheek and we haven't even qualified yet, Luton and Sheffield will have a huge say in what happens and Preston are no mugs.

Regarding Spence, his loan takes him up to the end of the play-offs, so he still be a Forest player and he can't play against us due to us being his parent club.

I think you're right, though they'll be cheering us through gritted teeth and hopefully a few boots would be put through screens as a grinning Gibbo gets picked up and chaired around the Wembley turf at the end.😁

How could he be on the bench for us? His registration is currently with Forest and according to EFL regulations, registrations of players can only be changed during a transfer window.

(There are from a couple of exceptions such as out of contract players, but none that apply here).
