And I sort of hope it isn’t…

where would he fit in with a new set up?

I feel warnock put up with him but wilder worked well with him…

is it a good selling point appointing a new head coach with an assistant already provided, would Leo want to drop further than that..

he’s in danger of becoming a mascot to rouse the fans…

btw I love him and think he gets what the fans want, I just don’t think hes refined enough to be first team head coach…n🤷🏼‍♂️

I think any new manager would be daft not to include him on their coaching staff. It's an easy win, fans like him, but most importantly players like him and he's good for team spirit.

If the new boss has Leo on board, you'd think it would make it much easier to get the players on board too. Can sometimes be half the battle.

A lot of new managers appoint assistants who have a club link, like karanka with hignett (ignore how that ended lol) so incorporating leo in whatever capacity with his strong bond to the club and fans wont be a alien concept to the new gaffer and hopefully he can see the benefit if a fully involved Leo

I agree.. just hope who ever comes in doesn’t have some ego tat causes it not to work..

Like I say, he’s more than a mascot and totally gets what the fans want…

All of the temporary management team will return to their previous roles once a new manager is appointed. Like Warnock and Wilder he will have to accept Leo having some role as a condition of the job.
