But they haven't.
That's how football works. Might as well say that Liverpool are only champions because other teams have dropped points.

We've got a top half return under Warnock, we're nearly safe because of the points we've picked up, not the points others have dropped.

Hull would still be below us if they had another win, so we wouldn't be 3rd bottom.

I feel like we're pretty much safe anyway since Luton play Hull next, that means 1 or both of them won't be able to catch us regardless. Wigan play Charlton as well which could rule another team out.

Barnsley, Luton and Wigan each only have 1 loss in 6.

Stop saying in 5, it's bizarre. 6 is the standard number of matches used for form, and you seem to only be saying 5 to make our results sound worse.

The current form of most teams round the bottom matches their season trend, we are top half as mentioned. Arguing we are only escaping relegation because of other teams is just strange.
