Christ the article is even more grim, whoever it is, they are also under investigation for separately raping a different 15 year old girl.

Not necessarily a manager though, club boss could easily mean owner, CEO, Director of Football as well.

So it’s someone who’s been in charge since the beginning of the season. Rules a few out.
 
Putting on my Insp Clouseau hat for a moment, due to the time frames, it is fair to deduce that this person has been in this country for quite a few years...... so, that will rule out most of the managers and most of the owners.

Yep, there's no English (let's assume he's English given he's going through the courts in England) managers in the PL whose age fits the timeframes, so it's got to be an owner or other senior figure.
 
The awful thing is it sounds like there have been numerous allegations. Whoever it is clearly has some dubious habits. The one live criminal investigation will probably result in their name coming out.
 
Possibly, but the only Welsh manager wasnt born until 1982 so the timeframes dont fit.

Anyway it's not a manager, according to the internet.

There is somebody at the club you may be alluding to who has faced accusations of sexual assault before. Though of course this could be entirely coincidental.
