I see Sheff Wed tickets are only £36

Is the Riverside the most expensive stadium in the Championship?

I believe we charge adults £29 in our away end for a mid week game.

And it'll be that price because its on SKY otherwise it would have been £40+

Leeds charged the owls £47 at the weekend

First visit since a second half of "Monk Ball" finally clicking, only for him to be sacked hours later as I was tucking into a tandoori roti.

It's always worth going for a little family run chippy near the away end. They do a cracking fish / chips and curry sauce.

Also see Barnsley. Another decent chippy. Although avoid the match as we always get beat 😂

My last visit too, we were treated to the rarity of not only a Jonny Howson goal, but Ryan Shottons only ever Boro goal. Good comeback win.

Monks sacking, a Boro win, Christmas came early that year.

If Sheff Wed are charging £36 and we charge £29, then how can the Riverside be the most expensive?? :ROFLMAO:
100% Correct.

Its not me that says MFC is the most expensive for away fans, its a number of posters on here.

Even when evidence is presented they go quiet for a few days and then come back "poorest area in the UK, highest prices" etc

No Roofie mate - you are not one of them, but I am sure you have read the posts. They probably have a £480 S/T with free drink (£20.87 per match) and say the Riverside is one of the most expensive ground in the Premier League and Championship.

Shotton's header was brilliant. He probably headed it harder than I can kick it :ROFLMAO:

I'm not sure anyone has stated we are the most expensive but people have said we are 'one of the most expensive' which is factually correct.

Do you think our walk up prices are good value? I don't really understand the point of the post. What we charge young kids is an absolute scandal. Most other clubs offer a cheaper rate for Under 10's/12's etc. Not us, we charge a 5 year old over £20 when you include their booking fee.

Sheff Wed charging £36 doesn't make our £29 good value.

Selling the worst tickets first again. Why can't they release all the blocks at once? It's not like there'll be big gaps of unsold tickets

The average price for an Championship away ticket so far for us is £29.75 - that includes 2 games in the North and 2 in the Midlands. At home we charge an average of £31 (£32 weekend and £29 midweek) considering the better quality facilities at the Riverside than most other grounds for away fans - I would say we are not one of ther most expensive/poor value stadiums to visit for adult tickets, but vefry close to the average.
