I really don’t like wolves

I don’t like Wolves either but it’s because I was in a box full of Wolves fans when we got promoted under Lawrence.

They were the most unfriendly, envious and miserable football fans I have had the misfortune to spend a match with.

I know most of their fans will not be like that but it’s funny how these little experiences stay with you and give you an impression about a club and a place.

yes very shady how the hell a club that’s hasn’t been near the prem In years somehow managed to bring in not one but a few champ league international players in the championship.
It could be said Zorro that was us back in 90s , different world now I know but I remember other club fans begrudging the Boro back then. I guess part of it was Robbo’s pull and I would imagine it’s the popular Wolves manager having influence .

I can’t recall us being bank rolled by the Chinese state.

Can you remember when Steve Bull played for England when technically he played in the old third division ? No wonder they named a stand after him 474 appearances and 250 goals incl 13 hat tricks
Never played in the top flight, it's a bit small-time for me when you bang on about how great a player was when didn't even play against the best players in the country.

Cloughie gets the same adulation here, and rightly so. You can't play in a division your team isn't in.

I re-watched the highlights from their promotion year game at the Riverside and it reignited my disgust and fury towards them. Totally disrespectful show from the managerial team encroaching onto the pitch and intimidating the officials over every decision. Then indiscipline from the Wolves players with 2 men sent off in a bad tempered game. Matt Doherty shown red for leading with an elbow into Adama Traore.

F9ck em...
