Amazed he's only 33, we couldn't afford his wages.

Plus he will surely want to go to the US or China or somewhere for a final payday and easy ride instead of tussling with CBs in the champo having lumps kicked out of him.
 
Crazy, never going to happen. However, even though he is a complete mentalist I'd love to see him in a Boro top.
 
Must be within at least grabbing range if Brum were in for him. Plus, if we now have the delivery from both wings, he'd score for fun I reckon, getting his head on the end of things. He certainly wouldnt be lightweight! Plus his goals ratio is on a par if not better than what we're looking at...495 apps, 188 goals puts him around the 1 in 2.5/3 per game.
 
He is only 33?!? Christ, I thought he was retired or edging 40 by now .. not followed his career but seems so long ago

Kind of when I read the age of McGoldrck when we were linked with signing him the other week, I was shocked as it seems he has been around forever :ROFLMAO:

I would take Diego Costa given what we are still stuck with right now, though obviously wouldn't sign him.

Given how positive things seemed at the start of the Summer and the names we were linked with/knew the Spence money coming in etc, I felt we were well prepared and in for a great window, strengthening properly where we have been crying out for more quality for too long

I like that we have sorted the goalkeeping positions out, certainly an upgrade, and glad to see the back of Lumley. I hope Steffen and the other lad do well,, But worried now about how we're going to look starting against West Brom as we're crying out for quality up front
