I’ve got a good feeling about tomorrow

I think we did look a lot better in that second half and there was a balance there hopefully we can capitalise on that esp with jones and mcgree in the side.

I think also unlike other teams in the league Southampton will come to play and that should create space openings we can exploit.

Conceding on average 2 goals a game.. every time conversing first.. maybe it’s our space openings we want to be looking at?

Not sure why but I just think we might see a different boro.

I hope you are right but I have zero optimism that we’ll even get our best available players in the starting line up, let alone turn the season around and pick up the win.
That oh-so familiar ‘time for a change’ feeling is creeping into my head. That reluctant acceptance that it’s not going to change. It’s just an inkling rather than a full blown ‘convinced, definitely right, please put us out of our misery’ feeling, but it’s there all the same.
Gutted about this season.
Then again, I know it’s utterly stupid to write a season off in September, but there is something very familiar about how this is going. Hopefully a pleasant surprise comes and kicks my **** tomorrow.

Me too - I’m off to Redcar Athletic in the FA Vase so I won’t have to watch the stream!

If they win you can thank me.

Southampton are on the ropes, conceded 10 in the last 3 games, only scored one. We have home advantage and a pretty big crowd behind us, the odds are all in our favour.

4 - 0 to Saints.

I'm really hoping for a good performance. It's at the stage now that we really need it, not just for confidence but also the unrest in the stands .

Well I have a mood that signifies foreboding, I haven’t felt this fear since 28/02/2004, sorry 🙁
