If we follow recent trends its going to be Stewart Downing with Lee Cattermole as assistantI'd love him to stay longer, the way he's got the fans back on board and the lads playing for the badge again is great.
Realistically he's retired countless times, he really does only have so many years left in him, but the positive for us is he has continuously came back out of retirement, showing he still has passion and desire for a job like this, hes also said that this is one of the best bunches of lads he's had, so you never know how long he'll stay for.
Think the most important thing is who the next manager after him is.
Warnock stayed on for the 2008–09 season, but on taking the job a year earlier he had made it clear that the Crystal Palace job would be his last managerial role in football. He was there for three years and carried on for 10 years after that!I'd love him to stay longer, the way he's got the fans back on board and the lads playing for the badge again is great.
