Hull City

In the past 15 years we have had three stints in the Premier League, an FA Cup Final, an EFL Cup semi-final and played in Europe.

There are no bigger clubs than us in the Championship.

Don't be daft.

There are plenty bigger than Hull in the Championship, especially if you're going to use recent history as the guideline.

Leicester, Leeds, Southampton, Sunderland are all definitely bigger.

Ipswich and Sheffield Wednesday are arguably bigger over the course of history.

I have a hard time classing Blackburn as a big club because of how small they are in terms of support, but they're one of the most successful in the division and one of only two to have won the top flight in my lifetime.

17,900 average attendance last season which is below average for the Championship which makes me think about financial viability.

The player sales by them quoted above were several years ago - Bowen was Jan 2020.

They have done a 'Boro' from last season and absolutely gone for it. Yet from a far further back position and against a far harder league in Leicester / Leeds and Southampton.

You can't knock them for trying. Yet simply don't see any appeal in joining Hull. That said I'm sure plenty would say the same about Boro.

Just looks like something that may go t*t's up financially. Although I get the owners are worth a few quid.

What do you mean by a from a far further back position?

Zaroury, Philogene and Carvalho is a good a forward line as any in this division - certainly better than any we could put out. Worth a bet for the play-offs, why not?

They will defo be up there..
Latte Lath, Forss & McGree have an average of 153 minutes per goal.
20 games x 90 minuites = 1800 minutes

that’s 11 goals a piece!

we will defo be up there..

We live in Leeds and my daughter knows we have had miles more success than Leeds over the last 25 years. Success isn't the same as big.

I could agree with you if you said no more successful clubs than Hull. Apart from Leicester who won the premier League, champions league quarters and semis of the Europa League in the last 10 years.

And the FA Cup

Based on their January transfer market I think Hull will finish top six, probably at our expense. Hope to be proved wrong UTB

depends on how quickly they gel. Still all to play for. Let’s hope we’ve still got something to play for in a couple of months time!

Btw, not all Hull fans have taken to Rosenior. I noticed on the BBC comments after a match a few weeks ago some of them having a go at the Manager with comments like “who is Rosenior going to blame this time”
No different to any other club’s fans I suppose.

They won't be happy until he is starting 13 players down there.
