How to re-watch the EFL coverage on Sky?

Living 6 hours in the future after a long week, I went to bed at 11pm set 3 alarms to get up and watch the game starting at 2am my time.

My partner turned my alarms off and didn't wake me up and I missed the game.

I remember being able to rewatch games shown on Sky in my time in the UK.

I have SkyGo via VPN but does anyone know how I can rewatch the coverage? I've seen people mentioning they got home and rewatched it but I can't seem to find it.

Being far away I enjoy hearing the pundits talk about us. How do I access it if it's even possible?

I just wait for extended highlights on the website but Sky Sports Football have it again at 9.30 am this morning.

No punditry and stuff though is there? Still definitely give the first half a watch to see what the craic was 👍

That wasn’t his question though, about boros internal coverage, he likes to hear the sky pundits talk about boro.

Sky normally rerun the game the next day but I don’t think they include all the stuff around the edges where the pundits chat about the game.
What about trying the sky football utube channel; I’ve never looked at it but you may be able to access the whole coverage there ?
