how many shaves do you get from a disposable razor

I use Gillette Fusion Proglide and each blade lasts me close to six months. I bought 4 sets of them when they were on a special offer with 5 blades included for the price of one (along with the handle) about eight years ago and haven't bought a blade since. I only shave about 2-3 times a week, though.
 
Shaving with a razor is barbaric for the face. Once a week I run a bare beard trimmer to give me a George Michael style designer stubble, let it grow for a week and then repeat.

Saturday morning is usually my diary slot for this in case you were wondering.
 
I just use my hair clippers to shave my face when I shave my head. I have adjusted my clippers so I can get a really close shave with them. I did once catch my top lip with the blade which was pleasant and did bleed a fair bit so I'm a little bit more careful now!
 
Mach 3, each blade lasts two head shaves, and i do mine every other day so costs me a whack to be fair.
 
I knicked my ballsack (where it connects with the base of my shaft) with my hair clippers with a #1 guard on a few weeks ago.

There was blood all over the bath, but I managed to plug the wound with toilet paper before waddling to the kitchen (with my hands cupping my ballsack) to get some plasters.

I do my head with blade and then face and balls with clippers on bear blade, but i make sure i have them on the longest settings and even then i go so careful. I've knicked my balls once and the pain was minimal but the blood was all over and kept coming for ages i had to put vaseline on to stop it...

PS. Yes, i do my face first.
