How good was Adriano?

Just saying... Focusing purely on his ability, forgetting the last few years of his career and his associated personal battles. He still had a great career but as a footballing fan I will always wonder what he could/should have achieved (I know the same applies to many).

I just came across this video on Youtube and it just made me remember how good he WAS. He could probably still do a job for us going by this footage from 2017:

Adriano 2017

On a more serious note:

Adriano - Inter

I’ve never seen a player so well suited to play in the prem his build his natural style as this is all his game was all about pace and power and he was great in the air.

I was amazed the L'Imperatore never played in the prem.

That video from 2017 what level of football is that? It was like watching Sunday league 😂

Was class for that Inter team that dominated serie A at the time. Only fairly young when his off field issues started to affect his career so could have been gone on to be truly world class.

Always remember him for having 99 shot power on one of the pro evo games, could score from almost anywhere on that game with him.

He was good friends with the lead developer of Pro Evo apparently, and that's why they gave him such unstoppable stats.

His career tanked when his father passed away, he couldn't handle it without his Dad's steadying influence. Its a real shame, he was a hell of a player.
A brilliant player said he wanted to make his Dad proud when he wasn’t there anymore he didn’t need the money and had no motivation to play at the same level. That era on channel 4 was unbelievable growing up.
