Blackpool's tactic was to sit in and try to press us when we had the ball in their half but we played around them with such ease. We move the ball about with such pace and confidence. It's brilliant to watch.

I think there’s a touch of how Brentford played this league, which I love to see playing through the thirds snd usibg the ball to create the tempo. It’s really good to watch but it wins games as well.

as to me we are playing the sort of football that will work in the prem.

the transformation Carrick has brought has surpassed my wildest dreams.

I enjoyed the Karanka era too but discontent seemed to be bubbling under. With MC - we appear to have a very motivated and happy squad that has been unleashed and told to express themselves. It's fantastic to watch and long may it continue. I know it's not just MC - Credit has got to be given to Steve Gibson for changing things via Kieron Scott and bringing back Woody appears to be a masterstroke.

It is isn’t it and that was the point of my OP as we are not just good result wise but we are really good to watch as well.

I wasn’t particularly impressed by the appointment of Michael Carrick at the time but I think like many have had our expectations massively surpassed so far.

Going to the match is something I actually look forward to now and long periods that wasn’t always the case.

I couldn’t understand this as he was a sublime player who was part of Man U coaching team and even managed the first team 3 time including in the champs league.

But I’m glad hes won the doubters over and we all on board now.
