Question marks over the quality of some and not including any of the kids who have had limited 1st team games.

Left centre back, legs and bite in midfield, top drawer centre forward. I think we're close.
 
I wouldn't want more than 1 of Coburn/Watmore/Akpom in the squad. We need 2 more strikers and I think 5 in the squad is enough.

I'd prefer Bola to be Giles cover and have a better LCB. Need either another midfielder that is better than at already have to knock Howson to the bench or 2 more covering midfielders to rotate.

One top/ proven striker at this level or above and we certainly make the playoffs, quite easily, imo.

I think we could get top two if we pick up starting LCB, and could win the league with a centre mid who is better than what we have (any position).
 
Probably not miles off depending on striker recruitment and adding to the squad depth/competition.

If we can improve on Howson or Crooks (I love both, but think we'd be better off if they had to fight for their place and/or be able to be rotated) and nail down a high quality left sided centre back then we've as good a chance as anyone IMO.

We've not really splashed the cash yet. If we bring in top drawer (by champo standards) striker, CM, LCB I'll be pretty happy.
 
I think it's as much about attitude as ability. We keep seeing the team play well for 45 minutes then terrible for the rest. We just need a bit of belief. More consistency. As things stand I think 8th. The divisions very tight though. As things stand the only team who can be 100% after 3 games is Blackburn.
 
Given Chris`s high standards for himself, the club and players - its fair to suggest, just over 50% - including Mowatt`s arrival last night(y)
