How Do You Think Tomorrow Will Pan Out?

I have a question. If its level on aggregate after 90 minutes does it go to extra time of straight to pens like every other round in the competition?

Just had Talksport on for 5mins. Chelsea have a big game tonight, not sure who they're playing but its a must win for Poch, they will win comfortably, few fans called in to say its a must win if not then Mourinho will be back, big game, big club with history of winning things, its what the neutral wants (Chelsea Liverpool final) and all eyes on Stamford Bridge tonight... I get it that we're the underdog and not the main headline here but come on

If all of our players give everything and theyd be daft not to at this opportunity to reach wembley. We avoid injuries on the night, cut out daft individual mistakes, keep a good shape and do the basics right i believe we can get a draw. Cant see us winning at all. Even accept penalties but cant see lads energy levels coping with extra time. Head says 2-0 chelsea , heart says 1-1 draw, crooks to score

Goalless first half...Chelsea start getting squeaky bums in the second half, fans get on their backs.....try to hard.....we get a goal on the break from one of their mistakes....0-1 finalscore....poch gets sacked in the morning!!

Not to be a pessimist but I don't reckon we're gonna do it, and I think it's b*llshit that league cup semi-finals are still two legs given the obvious advantage for big clubs who make a mess of the first leg, or not even a make a mess of it, just get done by a smaller club that deserve it, takes the p*ss really.

But then I remember feeling the same on both counts about the Arsenal second leg the year we won it so 🤷🏻

You know what I'd love to see as an old school, misty eyed nostalgist? Us win the tie with a late goal in front of our fans, sparking a mass pitch invasion, a la Ronny Radford, or when Jamie Pollock scored at Leicester

I think a lot will hinge on whether Chelsea get an early goal. If they get one in the first 10 or 15 mins it changes everything unfortunately. Their tales will be up, their players will be more relaxed and playing under less pressure and I think they go on to batter us.

However, if we can hold out for the first 20 or so then their fans will start to get on the players backs, they will really feel the pressure and that’s when mistakes happen.

I also feel like if we get a good chance to score, we simply must take it. We can’t afford to miss any good chances or make any mistakes really.

As someone mentioned above, it’s a huge huge ask but stranger things have certainly happened.

Deal fry will score his first league cup goal to equalise tonight. Wicked deflection from outside the box in the 81st minute.

If I'm wrong, I wasn't right.
