FE and HE? I'm no fan of Houchen but I can see scope for education-related initiatives, particularly in oil, gas, and petrochemicals.I used to work for Qatar Foundation. In an industrial heartland, why would a government backed education initiative want to invest. Where is the crossover?
True, but QF is a wrapper for institutions such as Georgetown University and such like. It was never an investment vehicle, thats why I find this odd. If GU had invested directly, it would have made more sense.FE and HE? I'm no fan of Houchen but I can see scope for education-related initiatives, particularly in oil, gas, and petrochemicals.
