Been trying to find the very latest news and I'm more confused than ever! Can a friend who lives in Paris visit me in the UK without having to quarantine here? I may be missing the obvious but need to check. Cheers!

France is not currently on the exemptions list, so that would mean anyone arriving here would have to quarantine for 14 days
