Newcastle paid the penalty last year against Newcastle when time wasting, Sheffield got punished yesterday for the same tactics.

Hasn't been the case for Arsenal just now. Players going down every two mins holding their faces, slowing the game at every corner (they had a lot), at least 6 substitutions and only 4 mins added time.

Where is the consistency?
