always seem to be at this stage. Capitalism just keeps renewing itself and there's nothing liberal about it. That's an illusion. Meanwhile, we can barely afford the essentials while a minority have obscene wealth. I wonder how bad it has to get??????????Neo-liberal late-stage capitalist.
looks like we've had, then, if everything we do just keeps the system going. What gets me is the way the media present inflation, fuel costs and austerity as if there's nothing we can do about it. Meanwhile, the rich get richer. The only way the wealth will ever be redistributed is if we distribute future wealth among ourselves as the majority.
People complain about the wealth Jeff Bezos has, but the same people are not willing to stop shopping on Amazon...
but a liberal democracy wouldn't allow that. Some always have to be more equal than others.Or borrow $250,000 off daddy and start your own Amazon. Evidently we can all do it.
The only way to beat it is, sanctions against Tax havens, 60% tax on anything left to you over say £250,000, do not let businesses trade in the UK if it has a domicile group company.
Make family trusts illegal
Hit them and hit them hard.

Besides, taxing anything over 260k isn't taxing the rich, its taxing the average household. That mentality is part of the problem. It's easy to say "tax the rich" while sitting at home doing nothing about it...
We'd be taxing every single supermarket CEO in the UK, and to combat the tax rises on the individuals, prices would go up... and there's nothing we'd be able to do about it because we'd still be too lazy to shop anywhere else, so we'd just go back to complaining and doing nothing.
The average household is nowhere near this figureBesides, taxing anything over 260k isn't taxing the rich, its taxing the average household.
260k in the average household? Has my Mrs been stashing money?Besides, taxing anything over 260k isn't taxing the rich, its taxing the average household.
a broken one, and people need to wake up and see it's the elitist tories that did itand cars you can no longer drive. Meanwhile the rich get richer.
