Ha ha. I walk, not run. Set the speed at 4 mph and the incline at 12.A couple of hours on the treadmill? Isn’t that like a half marathon?
I’ve started to use our treadmill again and had a similarly nice feeling when I managed 8k this week.
You must look a right sightI thought treadmills were for hanging clothes over. ;)
No treadmill in the garage but I have been sanding the bench I'm making for my son and always have music I can dance to on when sanding. Anyone watching would think I had gone mad. A sander in one hand, a face mask on and a full air-fed mask covering the whole of my head.
My legs are aching now.
Post run endorphins are the thing. How addictive?Just managed a couple of hours on the treadmill in the garage. Listening to the music of my teenage years. Feel better for it and am now rewarding myself with a couple of pints in the pub. Life can be good sometimes. Aaahh bliss
Oh fair enough. Still, decent work out that.Ha ha. I walk, not run. Set the speed at 4 mph and the incline at 12.
