I never drive through the village anyway but it’s the knock on impact on the ring road im
More worried about

Holly Street will be 1 way for a couple of months with traffic having to use Esk Road to get out. Should be fun when the drunks move road signs and cones on a weekend

Lidl car park will be chaos and I'll guarantee there'll be loads of illegal parking taking place while people "pop" into Boots.

They’ll surely close the gap to block people passing through ( like the mile house did) or it will be a defacto by pass

I was down Beaconsfield rd bank a few days ago, isnt there somebody and a few workers on here owns and work at the the business that replaced the old Esso garage on corner of Beaconsfield and Tanners bank? Its an IT place;)

I used to live in Norton Grange Road 1962 to 1964, the house had a baby grand piano and I think 7 bedrooms. My family sold it to the owners of the Fiesta who turned it into a guest house.

Cafe Lilli is my favourite restaurant. Sadly, being single, i don’t get the opportunity to go anymore. Would feel weird dining alone in there. I miss it though.
