Have you put on or lost weight 🤔

Lost all of 2 pounds even though I cycle every weekday. Probably counterbalanced by increased alcohol intake at the weekend.
 
I am doing lucy wyndham-read with the wife she does 7 minute workouts i am up to 3 now with 30 press ups to follow.
a bit girlie but about the right level for us oldies.
 
I'm exactly the same weight much to my surprise based on snacking more and drinking a bit more booze (if I'm honest with myself), but the daily walks, rides and some rowing has balanced it out I suppose. Not saying I'm any fitter, I'm just not any fatter, still 151kg
 
Gained weight, went up about 7 lbs but managed to drop 5lbs through exercise.

Had a very lazy few days and drank a lot though, so I've probably gained a lot of that back again.
 
Walking is a great way of losing weight I had the motivation when my son was not working and lost weight but he has been back for 3 weeks and I have fell into the dreaded trap 😩😩😩
