Hannes Wolf

In all seriousness his name has come out of the blue. And the reports last night that Carrick was undecided should’ve set alarm bells ringing.

It’s going to be Hannes Wolf then isn’t it.

I don’t know a lot about him, but can get on board. Regardless of who it is though, they’re going to have to hit the ground running and turn our fortunes around pretty fúçking quickly!

From Carrick thread, but I can get behind him too I think.....

These two things sort of make me hope it is Wolf, these were both big criticisms of previous mangers and you would think would be beneficial in the developing the signings given to him by the HoF & scouting set-up and for promoting from within from our expensive academy. Or maybe I'm just clutching at straws!

Hannes Wolf is known for his development of youngsters.

Wolf is not a typical modern coach implementing a particular style and staunchly sticking to it. Rather Wolf sets his team to be more fluid — pragmatic, even — and to be adaptable depending on the circumstances. Modern in his own way, Wolf is a coach that is capable of being reactive and adjusting his team in accordance to the situation and the opposition in question.

Will ‘Hannes Wolf’ be our coolest named manager ever?

Will we all become hipsters?
