Honestly hate that governments, since Thatcher, hoy out contracts left right and centre to incompetent massive companies. Why can't government vertically integrated approach be readopted? Private companies are not the answer for quality and price anymore. Too many cockups. See G4S London 2012 security, see Sodexo prisons, see
'NHS' test and trace (that really pXsses me off using NHS to placate negativity towards it).

SERCO are involved with the testing and have subcontracted work to a firm who cocked up the benefits cheat investigations costing at least £30million just in wasted public servant time, god knows what the true cost is.
