Google nest smart doorbell

Thinking of replacing the old school doorbell with a Google Nest.

Anyone got one? What do you think of it?

Is it really as simple to install as turning the power off, and replacing the door bell buttons with the Nest, and connecting via the app?

Also, can multiple people install the app and “answer” the door?

There's a few things to consider, such as the chime connector and how that connects in to the bell transformer and possibly your existing chime. The compatibility checker will tell you if you are OK to go, which is mentioned in the link below...

I needed a new bell transformer for ours - was around £8 from eBay

It's not difficult but there are a few need to knows and checks to make before you go buying...
