Good thread re re Russian aviation and sanctions

I follow a chef on YouTube who works on charter yachts throughout the year. The company she works for looks after a large majority of Russian owned yachts and because of this she is currently out of work as a lot of countries have banned Russian owned ships from docking in their ports and some even banning them from their waters all together. Although she understands the situation and accepts it, there is a lot more damage Putin is causing than people realise.

I fear he's on one single path now, and it's the destruction of Ukraine completely.

I'm a chef myself so follow quite a few on various social media platforms. If I had no kids or wife I'd be on a private yacht or a cruise ship right now. 😁

I wasn't comparing other people's situations to those suffering in the Ukraine though may I add if anybody thought I was. Just commenting that Putin's actions are having wider reaching effects some of which casual folk wouldn't even think of.

Aeroflot etc may get sticky but it's easy to fly to Moscow from UK with Qatar, Emirates, Air Serbia (the most popular) etc via their hubs'
