Sunderland do have a bit of quality upfront…hope our defence is much improved (ie drop McNair) next week
 
Sad news.

Hopefully he loses the next 10.

There's so much pressure on us on Monday because of how poor our start has been.
 
When yr newly promoted , no one really takes notice which helps , they however may give us some problems as they are flying & confident & our defence is bloody erratic at best

By who you?

Every game Boro fans have said the same thing and if we win 8 on the bounce or something close like we did last season amd every one else picks up the game we dont win, wilder will be under major pressure then too!

Give over and start to judge at christmas time once the dust has settled a little!

By any sane fan?

1 win in the first 8 games would be an atrocious run of form, regardless of performances.

We could well be in the relegation zone before we kick off.

I'm not sure how you would think there's not going to be pressure on us going in to a derby, even without those circumstances.

I like it when a team has a decent win before they play us

There will be pressure, there is in any game in this division whether top or bottom but just how I wont be panicing if we are in the bottom 3 / bottom come monday I would t be screaming we are going up if we were sat top on Maximum points as everyone has dips in this division.

Yes we are where we are and I understand but again IMO we have not been as bad as people make out and I know the table gives the answers but I believe we have played some good stuff and we will come good in the coming weeks months!
 
Interesting to hear Neil Warnock's comments about wanting and nearly signing both Luke O'Nien & Ross Stewart.. seems a little bit like twisting the knife in after he's left given how we are still looking for a defensive midfielder and a striker.

Might be worth while having a go on the old hindsight machine and see where we land? I'd say our squad is stronger as it stands right now and with three quality signings we should be up, up and away!!


Better than Jack Clarke, Luke O'Nien & Ross Stewart? Only time will tell!

behave yerself , they will still be tawts on monday , but currently performing better than we are at the moment . or are we not allowed to say that ?. I hope we d*ck em , but i think they come here flying with confidence we dont have at the minute ..........apologies for not seeing reality of the table at the moment !!!!!
