I'm watching last night's episode and couldn't understand why you would give a dog a mud bath. Surely that's why he's getting a shampoo in the first place. Dogs just love rolling in sh1t, it's what dogs do best.

I also thought about Bob's question 'Have you ever reached a point where you've thought to yourself I am an adult' and wondered how many of us have to remind ourselves of the fact. Some of the craic on here is very immature at times and often carried out by the older board members. I think this is what draws me to this place so much.

The adult question really resonated with me as I often feel not one.

I mean I know I do adult things, I have a child, a wife, a mortgage, have life insurance and have even done a will. However I feel when talking to my peers or even at work people younger than me are more mature than I am.

So I answer to Bobs question I still don’t believe deep down I’m an adult.

I once had a mud bath in a spa hotel for £40, it was a surreal experience having someone splatter your body with mud, but bizarrely it felt quite nice.

On a separate occasion I recall I once said to a young and somewhat attractive colleague that I thought of myself as still feeling like a 26 yr old, she said unfortunately you seem to have been trapped in a 50yr olds body 😭

That dog malarkey looked like a proper scam. Dogs should smell like dogs not Debenham's perfume counter. Unless they roll in fox pìss like ours sometimes did, then she'd get hosed down.

And then whisked off down Linthorpe road to the free sample counter?

Or do you taps give out rose scented water. How the other half live!

I can resonate with the adult question. I suffer mental health problems, mainly anxiety, due to childhood trauma. Saw a councillor 5 years ago (am 50 now).....didn't help as much as I wanted. However after my initial appointment she told me I react to things like a 15 year old, which does fit my circumstances.
Even now, at my age, I don't feel like I belong in an adult environment

I’d like to be mortgage free and retired so I can get back to being a kid. Had enough of the stresses and responsibilities of adult life now.
