Going a goal down is our next

Development challenge….

can we calmly dust ourselves down and play our style and press and play ?

Because the reality is Bournemouth and forest had gilt edged chances
Granted that forest chances were only to draw level but they’ll come a game when a team will take their chances and it’ll be interesting to see how we react

it could be Blackpool - they have little to lose against a high flyer who they are expected to get little from

Haven’t Blackpool beaten us twice already this season? Admittedly that was under Warnock. With the last few weeks rejuvenation I think we’ll batter them. UTB

🙏🏻 Sincerely hope your right because they have beaten us twice this season already!!! Be nice to balance that up and stuff them!

Yes They had chances but let’s be honest we should have been out of sight by 3 goals in both those games so let’s have some balance.

Your right about that being a test but I have faith in wilder as we’ve seen he’s not afraid to make changes mid game.

Zorro , against Bournemouth that’s not true for the first half.
They had 3 cracking chances to score after our early chance where their keeper saved very well from a crook’s close range shot

Their 3 chances : not one hit the target. J. Anthony off the howson error, then solanke easy header missed then Christie fired wide from a cross when easier to score.

We were much tighter and more confident against forest as belief grows within the group….
There’s some balance for you (it’s called facts)
Just pointing out we are a work in progress which is what I’d expect with even better to come but some team will take a chance in a game and that’s one part or aspect of the next phase of our progression under wilder
To be calm, hold onto our belief and strike back….

Yea good point, i was saying this the other day we've scored 1st in every game, we look a United team, certainly did after the Forest win, going a goal down will certainly test that

We also owe Blackpool after 2 defeats against em this season

In this league you can always afford to lose against the top two or three teams.

Our big problem during the last promotion seasons/near misses was that we would go a goal down to dross like Blackburn, Leeds, Sheff Wed (all rubbish then) and they'd park the bus while we persisted with that awful corner, pause, get marked up and float a ball to their centre back routine.
