Glastonbury Ticket Sales Delayed by Two Weeks

mad that ... seems rumours are some tech issues caused them to lose some registrations ... I cannot believe they have caved into a few people moaning ... they have been publicising the process for ages.

oh absolutely but thats not the reason they are giving ... I should probably re-phrase myself ... I am surprised if they have (as they are suggesting) changed it with 4 hours to go because some people were complaining they essentially weren't aware of the processes ... what was happening has been extremely well communicated IMO. What seems to be more likely is that there has been a technical issue that has caused them to lose registrations ... that makes perfect sense, but its not the story they are saying
 
strange reason for the delay given that they hsve been usually very strict with their deadlines in the past. If it is technical difficulties, why not just fess up and say "there were technical difficulties?"

agreed. its a very odd they have done this so late in the day. I assume they don't want to bad mouth their ticketing partner ... but its still a strange stance to take based on "fairness" ... a lot of people would have made a lot of plans regarding these dates.
