Where do you go for a long weekend break out of Teesside? You can't. It's not possible to go Thursday or Friday and come back Monday or Tuesday. The last time I used it to go to Italy via Amsterdam, they cancelled the Amsterdam to Italy flight and stuck me on one to Paris and then Rome. 3 planes to get to Rome whikst my pal went direct from Newcastle. Had his feet up with a beer in his hand when I arrived. Obviously cost me more aswell.
