Second half, down our right. Crooks does well to get the ball down the channel and hold it up.
He then misses a seriously straightforward pass and gives it straight to an Ipswich player.
Crooks is so furious he then goes into a studs high challenge and is lucky not to be sent off.

Very very frustrating game today.

Crooks had a spectacularly poor game.
But i'm no hater. He worked his socks off and kept showing for the ball.
Just couldn't do right for doing wrong today.
 
Yeah, good as he was against Preston, he was rank today. Mind you so were most of the team. A performance to forget. Hope we get a few players back soon.
 
Thing is crooks was the only one giving it ago. Greenwood looked like he was allergic to the ball. Very poor performance and the injuries have nowt to do with it really, all players were in their correct positions, and we've seen all of them have good performances. No passion, and bad decision making, and at times downright lazy. Can you tell I've really enjoyed the match
 
He had a very poor game. Some awful touches and passes, but as you said, you can't fault his passion.

Should have took him off for Coburn and tried Lath wide left and Greenwood as a 10 in my opinion.
 
Had a very poor game, and took some heavy knocks that looked to injure him, bizarrely kept on for the full match.

We took Engel off when losing 2-0 though, the player who probably came out of the match with the most credit, and even he looked surprised to see his number up.
 
There was also a move where Crooks and Lath broke on the counter, those 2 against 3.

By the time our third man entered the fray, Ipswich had 9 men in or around the box. Simply faster and smarter.
 
Crooks put a shift in still and never hid. It didn’t come off for him but he tried to get involved and tried to make things happen. Rogers lost the ball when he had it, never won it and never looked like he wanted it. He was pretty anonymous. Greenwood, who I like, was never in the game either. Think he’s better on the left.
