  • 10x US Air Force F-15s from Lakenheath are deploying to Leeming today for at least one if not two weeks whilst F-35 upgrades take place at Lakenheath. Get clicking.
 
Love the F-15's. Also big love for the 14 and 16 too. Not a commie but really like the look of the mig 21's too.

Had posters of all sorts of aircraft on my bedroom walls as a kid.
 
14's and 15's are class, never been outgunned in a fight.

the 15's are still so much of a world beater that the US Air Force have ordered a new batch... Its 50 years after the first test flight!
 
I was treated to a fly past of 4 F15s when I was up at Hawes a few weeks ago. Decent of them to make the effort I thought.

We had 4 doing low flying across Windermere a few weeks back 2 days in a row. We were at Low Wray, great views. Also had an osprey and a very low Hercules fly over when we were on a boat.

I saw an osprey when I was away in Skegness for a week. Awesome looking aircraft.
