My Dad lives in a village not far from Almeria, Spain. Love tapas, particularly carne con tomate (think that’s how you spell it??) tried to replicate it but it was **** poor!
And egg custard tart, wonderful stuff. Read the dry roasted peanut story, can relate ate a lot of salted soya beans before, absolutely crippled!
