Us and West Ham interested, although I doubt he would get much game time at West Ham. Unless they are trying to buy him and I doubt that Arsenal would accept that. Anyway, hopefully we are getting this in place now, as I'm sure other championship clubs will be interested.

I think he's been knocking around the arsenal first team. He's scored plenty at U23 level (not that I take anything from that). They apparently don't tackle at that level. So a champo move would probably benifit him.

I wonder if prem managers will look at loaning us players more favourably under Wilder?

I'd be stunned if we don't sign one or two Sheff UTD players. Especially if he adopts that 'style' at the back.

Prem teams will certainly be more likely to loan us players with Wilder in charge. He's respected and liked by a number of managers at the top end of the game. Guardiola included.

Delaps name comes up a lot. I'm not sure they want to loan him.

Pep prefers to put them in with the first team as they will learn more. I don't think he's bothered about 'toughening them up'. I read the other day that Cole Palmer came on as a sub for the 1st team then went across the road in his tracksuit to play for the U23s

I imagine you can't not 'learn' training under Pep and those players.
