Agree with this. Not all of it is always possible in all jobs obviously, but pre-covid the number of people who came into the office hacking their guts and steadily working their way through a pack of tissues was ridiculous.

And where I work you could pretty much WFH whenever you wanted, no questions asked. I'd actually go further than that GP and suggest it should actually be a taboo to turn up for work (dependent on job type) while obviously ill and carrying something that could be transmissible.

Also it will not be unusual to see people wearing masks outside as we have seen in Asian countries in the past.
