Five guys

I would imagine it would do in Manchester. Younger and more trendy than Harrogate.
Well I guess it’s just a bigger place more than anything.

Five Guys WILL do well in Teesside, as would Wagamama’s purely because of the strength of the brand elsewhere.

There's one in Wood Green. I've never seen more than two people in there. Mind you I've only been past in the day. It's not one of the more salubrious areas of London. All the people who know what's what go down the road to aksular for a kebab.

I’m not sure that’s true personally. They are all over the UK now. If they expand again towns like Middlesbrough will certainly be considered. There’s one in Bolton.
Ok but If they do Ill be flabbergasted. There is just four East side of the Pennines- Gateshead Harrogate and two in Leeds. Disposable income is key to their targetted openings being mid-priced. I see the Bolton one is by the stadium. Id be delighted if they were to ever open one in Middlesbrough.

Been one walking distance from my house for@ 8 years. Best thing is that they have.malt vinegar for the chips (not that common in the USA). I would agree with others who say there's better burgers out there but 5G a step Up from most fast food places.

Not sure I agree with the Wagamama s comment - they have a great menu variety and it’s not too highly priced.

Only had 5 guys once and will be last time - really greasy average burger which they seemed to try and compensate for by giving me a gazillion chips.

It's more expensive and yes a 'glorified' burger King. That said it's far nicer and I guess you get what you pay for.

The Cajun fries are lush and love the fizzy drinks machine that makes every flavour known to man. The first time I used it was like man creating fire......Mind blowing😂

Also nicer to go with a family. McDonald's in town has a high North Face wearing eliment 😉

I bought a Big Mac last week I switched the Big Mac sauce fir tomato sauce and tomato, that made a change . If McDonald did real bacon I’d of added that aswell 🍔 🥓

I had a Five Guys in Orlando years ago in one of the malls as a quick option and it was cheap probably about 5 dollars or so for a decent sized burger and fries, just looked online there and a large Cajun fries is £5.25, that’s crazy pricing for a takeaway. They not daft though, as people will pay it, same way people pay a tenner for Krispy Kreme donuts, wild.
