First thing you do as a new manager...

He's not if you take out the first line.

There's no evidence that Bola/Djiksteel would've made us harder to beat today given how we conceded the goals.

I do agree they should be starting though, with Giles left wing.
No way. Giles is good for one position and that’s LWB. Left wingers need to tackle, work back and be strong and tenacious
Giles is none of those and can literally only play one position and that’s in a 3-5-2

Carricks biggest problem is overhauling a squad that isn't good enough and bringing his own players in.
We have players on good contracts who we are going to struggle big time to move on.
This is not going to be a quick fix,it's going to take time and a lot of patience.

So, don’t disagree with anything you’ve said BUT, on the current trajectory we’re heading for league one, everyone can see it,
Are you saying a ‘lot of patience’ meaning let’s let Carrick take us to league one ?
Because I’d rather have warnock here getting every ounce from them than another experiment like Carrick and heading where Sunderland went from 4 years!!!!

The only problem i see so far with Carrick is he is slow in throwing on subs is cost us points yesterday that it would not have cost Leo also he would to find more HH in the under age teams that leo did guess we will have to see will he be as slow on tuesday.

I thought Warnock was harshly treated however we need to get away from this high turnover of managers and build some stability at the club.

It's counter productive to keep chopping and changing.

Steve Gibson has made his choice,he needs to back him with new players in January and give him the time he needs to get the players playing in the way he wants.
