FFP - Villa lost £111.78m getting promoted

They will have to sell Grealish to cover drop in income and then take the chance that they get promoted in 3 years or risk a ffp rules

Championship clubs are allowed to lose £39 million over 3 seasons under FFP so over the preceding 3 seasons before promotion they must have broken the rules but as they are now in the Premier League the EFL cannot do anything.

If they are relegated (hopefully) then can they be retrospectively charged?

Weren't QPR retrospectively charged a couple of years ago?

Have any teams been actually 'punished', as in a real punishment that would seriously effect them?

Not like a £5million fine after being relegated back with an extra £100 million in earnings and parachute payments to come.

Didn't QPR appeal and drag it out, I'm not sure of the outcome.

QPR ended up paying close to £42 mil in the end I think
