Today the House of Lords will vote on a motion brought by the Greens to kill the anti union anti strike bill. It can be defeated if Labour and the LIb Dems support the motion. Fingers crossed eh?
More electoral math and 5D-chess whilst playing with the lives of millions of workers.Yikes. What is the point of this Labour party?
I'm sure one of his supporters will be along shortly to tell us he is playing the long game and had to do this to hoodwink tories in to voting for himMore electoral math and 5D-chess whilst playing with the lives of millions of workers.
They've promised to repeal it once elected which is essentially blackmail. Blair made a similar promise 25 years ago and went back on it.
Not a chance that Starmer can be trusted with this.

Can somebody explain how Starmer/Labour’s position in failing to back the fatal motion benefits the working classes and the masses? Anybody?
I’m asking genuinely. I can’t for the life of me understand why a Labour Party would not try to stop this Union weakening, anti-strike legislation and would sit back and allow millions of workers to lose their right to withdraw their labour?
I know they’ve said they will repeal it when they get into power, but they’ve said alot of things and Starmer seems to change his mind more than I change my pants, so talk is cheap.
Seriously, what’s the deal with this?
Will you be moving to the Greens ??I think this is me done with Labour.
It’s not a party I recognise anymore and I wouldn’t trust Starmer as far as I could throw him.
Will you be moving to the Greens ??
