Savvy move from Williams. He'll bring buckets of experience from a team that has been playing at the top of the leaderboards for nearly a decade. With Williams still using the Mercedes engine (I believe??) and a chunk of money thrown at them by the new owners Williams could be on the up again.

With his strategy calls he was instrumental in a number of wins for Mercedes.
