We (Industrial Coast) have 4 shows imminent in town - well, 3, one's a while off.

26 Feb - Mercuria Building, University Campus - Lussuria...1st ever UK show, stalwart of the US noise scene, releases on Hospital Productions

2 March - Flora Yin Wong, Auxiliary Project Space. London based artist, releases on Modern Love/Pan

10 March - Ethan Lee McCarthy. Auxiliary. Touring the UK with his band Primitive Man, supporting Napalm Death, this is the only solo show outside of London.

Then we have Wolf Eyes in June, again at the Mercuria.

Richie Culver plays Peterlee for us too, as part of the opening night of the Sunny Blunts exhibition

Cheers

Lussuria’s music is characterized by its haunting atmosphere, combining distorted synths, field recordings, and found sounds to create an immersive sonic experience. Since its formation, Lussuria has released several acclaimed albums and collaborations with other experimental musicians.

“Reflecting the ritualistic appeal of late ’70s and early ’80s Italian industrial à la Cicciolina Holocaust, Sermonizer or MB, crossed with the epic claustrophobia of early material from the Cure and the decadent, voyeuristic compulsion of Pasolini flicks so enamoured by Coil, the enigmatic Lussuria has conceived nothing short of a dark ambient masterpiece for our times”
– Boomkat, United Kingdom.

I'm going for a walk in the hills and taking some epic claustrophobia with me. I may report back, I may keep walking.
Either way, thank you.

Be careful you don't find yourself caught in some sort of sensory dissonant conundrum.
