He simply has to slaughter him this Wednesday or he should give up the leadership and let somebody else with some b***ks have a go.
 
A rather interesting viewpoint from nick tolhurst on twitter who thinks Hancock didn't resign because of the tape but the tape was released because Hancock was done.

It explains the hidden camera and why it's not being investigated.

I have no idea if this is the case or not but mention it for those that are interested.
