Every post turns in to a jokefest!!!!

I don't mean to offend with this point, but why does almost every post turn in to a joke?

I'll pop on to find out if there's any transfer updates, but I'm just met with childish posts which clog up the forum.

Please don't shoot me down because I like a laugh just as much as anyone, but the amount of posters who think they're comedians is getting ridiculous.

This forum is really good and I've enjoyed dropping in over the years for the funny craic and great advice on lots of topics.

I was merely sounding off at how frustrating it is at times with regards to potential targets coming in, which leads to excitement on my part.... To be then totally deflated to read jokes about the likes of Andy Payton, Peter Davenport, Ian Baird and other former players coming out of retirement to fire in the goals.

I'm best of leaving it here because I'm going to end up making a right show of myself.

I didn't start this thread for confrontation, sarcasm, wind up, for a bite..

It was a genuine attempt to understand why people make a joke of nearly every post, but I think my post has already ran its course.

I'm not somebody who uses multiple usernames you know !!!
I don't know if I'm right, but I get the feeling you think I'm one of your old goes( if you had any).... As I don't frequent enough to be in any cliques..

All the best to everyone on the forum and I don't want any ill feeling.

We just need a striker !!!! And quick
